New MS4 Fields to Address DEQ Rules

The PublicWorks Tracking record type under the "Erosion and Sediment Control" tab has been modified, as of Tues, Feb 28, 2023 to better accommodate DEQ's new MS4 requirements.

BEFORE:
The following existing checkboxes have been removed:

• "Site between 1 to 5 acres"
• "Site greater than 5 acres"

AFTER:
The following two new fields have been added:

• "Site part of a Common Plan of Development" (Y/N field)
• "Land Disturbance" (Dropdown list)
