New ICC Building Valuation Data - Effective April 1, 2023

April 1 of each year, ePermitting loads the most recent ICC Building Valuation Data into Accela. The February 2023 ICC Building Valuation Data has been loaded into all agencies and will become available for use on April 1, 2023.
IMPORTANT reminders:

• As a reminder the display order of the version is not consistent and not configurable by ePermitting - so please continue to be watchful when selecting the valuation version.
  
  
• The default value for the Structural Specialty Code Edition (for Commercial Structural record types) has now been set to 2022. That code edition became required as of March 31, 2023. As well, the new Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code will now be required as of March 31, 2022 for all Mechanical record types.
